Ground in Knowledge. Guided by Purpose.

My academic and professional experience informs my research-driven approach to responsible AI and strategic leadership. I help educators, business owners, and organizational leaders make informed decisions, strengthen their systems, and achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement.

Where Research Meets Practice

My approach to responsible AI is grounded in the belief that successful technology integration requires more than access to innovative tools. It requires a clear understanding of the people, processes, and systems involved.

My doctoral research, AI Ethics and the Secondary ELA Teacher Perspective, examined how secondary English Language Arts educators understand and perceive ethical considerations associated with artificial intelligence in education.

That research continues to inform how I approach professional learning, organizational readiness, and responsible AI implementation.

Beyond research, my experience in educational leadership, accreditation, organizational training, and business operations has reinforced the importance of aligning innovation with practical needs and measurable outcomes.

Whether supporting an educational institution or working with a business owner, my goal is to help organizations move from understanding technology to using it intentionally, responsibly, and effectively.

My Approach

I believe meaningful innovation starts with understanding the people and systems it is intended to support.

My approach combines research-informed decision-making, practical implementation, and responsible technology use. Rather than introducing solutions simply because they are new or available, I work to understand an organization's goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategies that align with its needs.

Ultimately, my work is about helping people build the knowledge, confidence, and organizational capacity necessary to navigate change with purpose.

Strengthening People and Systems.
